• Involved in planning strategies & recommending solutions.• Conduct reviews of business activities, internal control, SOPs, and cost/job cards for identifying weaknesses & problems & recommend solutions to overcome them.• Assist in developing & successfully implementing ERP Cloud-based software in the whole organization.• Led Treasury dept & Internal Audit team of our company.• Managing Financial Accounts of a group of companies including overseas companies & ensuring proper accounts are maintained according to accounting standards & other applicable standards.• Prepare different types of Management & Financial reports, including budgets, forecasts & performance analysis reports, etc for planning, decision-making, projection & managing Funds.• Preparing & analyzing Segment wise performance & variance analysis reports with respect to the budget, trends, standards, and forecasts report on a monthly basis.• Dealing with Tax, Government related matters, customs, Import, Export, and Bank related matters & maintaining excellent relationships with all these stakeholders.• Monitoring & ensuring proper recording, maintenance & preparation of accounting records financial information, job cards & cost data in the ERP system.• Preparation of Consolidated financial statement• Preparing & managing partner accounts of each segment.
