As a Night Duty Manager at Holiday Inn Gosforth Park Newcastle, I ensure the accuracy and completeness of the hotel's financial records and transactions, while providing excellent customer service and satisfaction. I use my skills in hospitality, customer relationship management (CRM), and corporate events to handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests, and to support the front desk and housekeeping teams.I am also pursuing a BSc (Hons) in International Tourism and Hospitality Management at the University of Sunderland, where I am learning the theoretical and practical aspects of the tourism and hospitality industry, such as marketing, operations, finance, human resources, and sustainability. I have a passion for event management, which I developed through my past experience of working closely with the Pakistan Armed Forces and the Government of Pakistan on various high-profile events, such as the opening ceremony of the Indo-Pak Kartarpur corridor and the groundbreaking ceremony of the Diamer Bhasha Dam.
