The WO crew coordinates with vendors ordered by clients, such as make-up artists, wedding gowns, traditional clothing, catering, decorations, invitations, photos and videos, souvenirs, sound systems, party effects, entertainment, presenters and other event performers. Take several videos and photos during the activity to be used as content on social media.

-Melakukan kunjungan serta monitoring ke toko-toko pertanian-Melakukan kegiatan penyuluhan dan pemaparan pupuk hayati dan pertanian Organik-Melakukan demplot dan Field Farm Day-Mencari reseller, Toko pertanian, Perkebunan maupun Hobiest yang ingin menggunakan pupuk Hayati jepang-Koordinator dengan Dinas Pertanian, Balai penyuluh pertanian dan juga kelompok tani-Melakukan penjualan dan promosi via sosial media maupun e-commerce

- Penyusunan RAB- Monitoring Budidaya hingga panen- Management mitra petani setempat- Merencanakan dan mengawasi pola tanam pertanian
