𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭: Public Authority for Housing Welfare (PAHW).𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫: S2 Company.𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭: PACE Architecture, Engineering, and Planning.𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫: TECO Construct General Trading & Contracting Company.𝐏𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝟐:◘ Overseeing construction activities on-site including scheduling, progress monitoring and workforce management.◘ Preparing work inspection reports and conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulatory requirements.◘ Checking tender and shop drawings, and quantities for accuracy and calculations.◘ Preparing and reviewing daily reports, technical reports and other Project documentation.𝐏𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝟏:Follow up on daily work and daily reports.◘ Prepare the Bi-weekly progress report. ◘ Perform detailed measurements and quantifications of materials and work items to support cost estimation and project progress assessment.◘ Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including drawings, and reports.◘ Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary project teams, including electrical and mechanical engineers, HVAC heads, surveyors, contractors, and other engineers.◘ Prepare detailed and accurate shop drawings tailored to match the specific site conditions of construction projects.
