Current๐๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ง๐ญ: Public Authority for Housing Welfare (PAHW).๐๐ง๐ฏ๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐จ๐ซ: S2 Company.๐๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ญ๐๐ง๐ญ: PACE Architecture, Engineering, and Planning.๐๐จ๐ง๐ญ๐ซ๐๐๐ญ๐จ๐ซ: TECO Construct General Trading & Contracting Company.๐๐๐๐ค๐๐ ๐ ๐:โ Overseeing construction activities on-site including scheduling, progress monitoring and workforce management.โ Preparing work inspection reports and conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulatory requirements.โ Checking tender and shop drawings, and quantities for accuracy and calculations.โ Preparing and reviewing daily reports, technical reports and other Project documentation.๐๐๐๐ค๐๐ ๐ ๐:Follow up on daily work and daily reports.โ Prepare the Bi-weekly progress report. โ Perform detailed measurements and quantifications of materials and work items to support cost estimation and project progress assessment.โ Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including drawings, and reports.โ Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary project teams, including electrical and mechanical engineers, HVAC heads, surveyors, contractors, and other engineers.โ Prepare detailed and accurate shop drawings tailored to match the specific site conditions of construction projects.
