• To handle Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payables, all types of Vouchers and Internal Reports by using Master Information System GL Application, Accounting Software• Preparation of monthly and quarterly financial budgets.• Checking of payroll of Head Office Staff, ensuring the accuracy of payroll and calculate the income tax, EOBI and Social Security.• Ensuring accurate and timely recording of payroll and resolving any discrepancies.• Opening LC for foreign party for the import of raw materials, store and spare parts and fixed assets with co-ordination of Import Department.• Ensures timely payments for lease rentals, mark up on financial facilities with co-ordination of treasury department.• Reconcile the financial discrepancies in accounts payable by collecting and analysing account information.• Managing the Payments to Suppliers and Reconciling Discrepancies (If Any). • Preparation of Cash & Bank Reconciliation Statements and resolving all the discrepancies• Recording of addition in fixed assets (e.g. vehicles & generator) and make accounting treatment at time of disposal of old fixed assets.• Addition in Chart of Accounts for similar kind of Accounts under supervision of General Manager Finance. • Special assignments as delegated By General Manager & Accounts Manager from time to time.

• Prepare Daily, weekly & monthly Sales and Stock Reports • Co-ordinate with Order Takers & Sales Men for preparation of Daily Dispatch (Load form Sheet) & Daily DSR Sheets respectively.• Reconcile Accounts Record with Store Record.
