• Responsible for the smooth production operations, periodic inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement at Continuous Casting Machine (CCM).• Restrict failures to 3.5%, investigate operational problems, analyze root causes, and derive solutions.• Restrict downtime to 0.5% and actively engaged in cross-functional meetings to analyze downtime reports.• Ensure implementation of 5S and provide technical solutions for continuous operational improvements.• To ensure maximum productivity, efficiency, and quality as per the established procedural systems.• Development of reports related to production, rejection, maintenance, quality, and cost.• To ensure availability of critical spares, consumables by generating purchase requisition through ERP (SAP).• Supervise and schedule planned / unplanned maintenance jobs and annual shutdowns with timely execution.• Consistently ensured and enforced safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
