1- Performed Erection and commissioning of 2 Nos. of 6Million kCal/hr Coal Fired Thermal Oil heaters. 2- Responsible for the operation, service & maintenance, troubleshooting of Air Compressors, Air Dryers and all related auxiliaries for smooth operation of processing machines.3- Worked on Efficiency of Screw compressors for optimization of energy consumption as well as performed erection of 3 Nos. of screw compressors.4- Worked with GIZ GMBH International on the projects of steam Condensate recovery and water Efficiency systems.5- Responsible for the operation, service & maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing of the Processing (Dyeing and Finishing) machines and other mechanical equipment’s.6- To make Annual Maintenance budget estimation report and ensure to keep the Maintenance expenses within limits.7- Coordination with different vendors to ensure the supply of spare parts of plant machinery.8- Responsible for performing all maintenance activities according to the HSE laws.9- To calculate and prepare daily inventory consumption report.10- Coordination with Electrical & Instrumental Department for the Operation & Maintenance of the Plant equipments.11- To carry out any Special Jobs Assigned by Top Management.
