- Looking after SMT Manufacturing plant.- Directly reporting to Manufacturing Operations Head.- Responsible for operation and maintenance of 2x state-of-the-art SMT PCBassembly plants with 40,000 CPH and 120,000CPH capacity respectively.- Monitor and check daily production outputs and targets - Involved in process monitoring and improvement.- Ensuring compliance to IPC standards in all aspects of PCB assembly and inspection.- Conducted selection, procurement, commissioning and training of 2x SMT PCBassembly lines.- Extensive experience with:- Installation and commissioning of SMT machines- Programming and operation of SMT machines including Pick & Placemachines, Screen Printers, Reflow Ovens and AOIs.- Routine/Preventive maintenance and monthly/yearly inspections andservice.- Repair/modification/troubleshooting and calibration of SMT machines- Experience with Essemtec Cobra & Paraquda (e-place) & Samsung Decan F2chip mounters. Experience with PDT and Mirtech AOIs- In-depth knowledge of SMT assembly in specific and electronic assembly ingeneral.

- Worked on the Development of Commercial Building Automation System.Work involved Wireless sensor network design using Zigbee 8.12.15.4 and TIevaluation kits, End device design. Directly involved in firmware development forthe TI Zigbee Devices, AVR and Microchip microcontrollers and along with PCBdesign. Among the tasks was supervising and coordinating with the softwareteam for the development of an Android application. - Worked on development of a multi-language user console/HMI for a militarygrade field telephone exchange. Tasks involved development of a stand-aloneGUI and extensive debugging of new circuits and integration with existing backend of the exchange.- Worked on development of an Early Warning System. A multi-zone intrusion system was developed to secure a compound. The system included virtual fences using passive and active IR sensors, seismic sensors and PTZ cameras.- Worked on design/development of a PID-based electronic governor for 50-150KVhydro-electric turbines. Commissioning of the governor was also part of theproject.

Worked on designing an automated biomedical product which measured a patient’s blood pressure, pulse rate, blood oxygen ,skin resistance and respiration rate simultaneously. The device reported and logged up to six different physiological indicators.
