To ensure the work quality in all cities and guide the QC Inspectors about hybrid and non hybrid vehicles and its all aspects & variants. Train the new inspectors and get follow ups weekly about performance and work environment.

Core Responsibilities:To check the vehicle through vehicle handing over checklist.To report any damages, odometer excess reading, any other important sphere if the purchased vehicle and use technology like OBD/Elcometer. To update the difference or any update in the QC slack.Update the QC report on excel format.To verify the returned vehicle from the dealer and check the issue/problem in that.Mechanical diagnosis (Engine, Suspensions, Transmission)Diagnosis of vehicles with the help of elcometer for paint thickness and OBD scanner for other faultsDiagnosis whether the SRS airbags are intact and in working conditionDiagnosis any problems with the vehicle steering mechanismTest drive the vehicles for diagnosing foundations, suspensions and drive of the vehicle

Lead the team of inspectors and train the new inspectors according to employer’s requirement and ensure the efficiency at workplace

Did Check out cars condition from inside and outside and make report accordingly by following SOPs.Evaluated paint using paint tester and checked the electric fault by inserting and operating OBD Scanner

Earned hands on experience and implemented the theoretical knowledge into practical work regarding spark plugs, catalytic converter, engine maintenance, gearbox, wheel alignment etc.In the beginning at Honda Forte, I got training of MT (Maintenance Technician) after that I successfully secured job there being MT and then Honda Sponsor me to learn various automotive courses to sharpen the saw.I also got training of service advisor of one month and then got back in maintenance because I love to work in that particular department.

Began career from where I used to get practical experience and started learning the working principles of all parts. It was a great experience and I learned a lot with high hopes.
