•Conduct regular checks, Lab analysis related for Raw material, Packaging material, finished goods that are produced in the site.•Ensure that all products are analyzed and released as per the company standards and mandatory requirements.•Conduct trials and assistance with relevant departments in developing new product, process, or material.•Monitor recording of lot numbers to ensure no expired ingredients are being used.•Monitor production processing and assist operators in making adjustments to processing methods during production to improve product quality & consistency.•Draft quality assurance policies and procedures•Interpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedures•Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards•Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data•Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems•Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality document, internal audits and other quality assurance activities•Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues•Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions•Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities•Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards

Duties:(CSD, syrup, Aquafina, tetra & micro lab testing)1.Assuring the quality parameters of the final Product.2.Responsible to maintain 3D quality.3.Perform the all PET and Glass lines test.Controlling both PET and Glass line, change over, startup and end of production lines.4.Operate the Johnson Diversery System (Rinse Aid).5.Descaling of bottle washer.6.Perform the CIP and ensuring schedule of CIP on production lines.7.In Syrup Room simple syrup preparation, concentrate mixing, and perform all quality test according to PCI standard.8.Perform the all quality test of Aquafina.9.Maintain the AIB record as well as ISO, HACCP and check the GHP and GMP.10.Member of Food Safety, AIBI audit, award winning team.11.Conduct the Food Safety, FSSC auditCreated semi-hourly product quality reports; ensuring constant quality compliance.
