Capacity: 11400 metric tons per dayResponsibilities as Shift Engineer:• Under the guidance of Manager Production, to achieve the production targets in a view of quality and cost.• Supervision any breakdown of plant.• Plant data collection and summary of production calculations.• Communication with Manager Production General Manager (Works) regarding of all departments of factory in the shift.• Monitoring the plant behaviour.• Solution of plant problems during the shift.• Monitor and keep the record of all inventory of store during odd hours.• Close field observation of plant and suggestions to improve its prevailing condition.

(a) Distillation unit Capacity: 200 tons per day (DCS Based System)Product: Rectified Ethanol (96.2%)(b) Molecular Sieve Dehydration Unit Capacity: 100 tons (DCS Based system)Product: Fuel grade (99.99%) Responsibilities:• To Control the process of Hydrolysis, Fermentation and Distillation over DCS.• To monitor and manage working of entire shift.• To Assist Manager Production in connection of production line and strategic planning.• To maintain quality of product as per quality parameters.• Coordination with utility departments for smooth functioning of the plant.• To observe safety standards and inculcate sense of safety among workers.• Experience of Heat exchangers, pumps, cooling tower, evaporation and distillation columns, gauges and storage tanks. • To prepare production report and incident report.• Capable of providing technical support to Operations group in troubleshooting.
