Accurate Quantity take off for mechanical services as per contract and site requirement. To follow up and ensure that the installation, inspection and testing of all the mechanical services. Verify the accuracy of shop drawings and their compliance to the specification, design and existing local authority standard. Liaise with local authorities for the approval of mechanical services drawings and service connection. Material coordination and close interaction with Consultants for preparation of material submitter for approvals, preparation of working drawings and as built drawings. Following design check, procurement, planning, and execution of all MEP works. Prepare work distribution charts. Bills of materials / material delivery schedule and quantity surveying, bill verification. Distribute the work activities to the team leaders to execute it on daily bases & to make sure that what have been done is accepted by QA/QC department. Following up and insuring all inspecting requests for completed work (IRs) to hand over the work to consultant.
