Working as Head of Department, leading a team of 64 professionals including engineers, supervisors and technicians.Responsible for achieving maximum uptime and quality production at 06 pulp plants, 03 Paper and Board machines and 30 Conversion machines without exceeding budgeted maintenance cost.Establishing, planning and scheduling preventive maintenance and predictive analysis.Ensure cost effective use of manpower and equipment and establishment of adequate spares.Overseeing Maintenance Budget and budgeting process, weekly cost analysis of spending. Ensure Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance with legal requirements.Work with maintenance contractors for new equipment installation & Maintenance

Currently heading a team of 36 professionals, including engineers, associate engineers and technicians.Mainly looking after a huge ABB install base including DCS 800xA and ACS800 drives system.Currently using automation as a tool to save energy and increase machine efficiency, developing training needs analysis for my team, arranging in house technical trainings, settings KPIs for my team leaders.Electrical, Instrumentation and Automation of PM6 board machine (120,000 tonnes/year machine), Electrical workshop operations, Electronics and instrument lab.PROJECTS:3 months assignment at Ravensburg, Germany for the supervision of Dismantling, Packing and transportation of Paper Machine KM3 from Stora Enso Baienfurt Mill to Kasur site.

E&I Maintenance of 11MW Combine Cycle Power Plant, HT/LT distribution, Pakistan’s fastest Paper Machine and its related plants (Slush, CTMP, OCC/SPP), ETP, consisting of ABB DCS AC800xA, ABB Sectional-Drive system ACS800, ABB intelligent MCCs UMC22, Siemens S7, Honeywell C200 and field sensors and instruments of Siemens, Krohne, ABB, Metso, Yokogawa, NAF, IBS etc.PROJECTS:Commissioning of 41MW steam power plant (2 months on deputation).Commissioning of 11MW combine-cycle power plant (1 month on deputation).Erection and Commissioning of PM6 (Pakistan’s fastest board machine, 800m/min) and related pulp plants OCC/SPP (600 T/day), CTMP (200 T/day)Installation and Commissioning of ABB DCS (800xA Industrial IT) and Siemens S7, Multi Drives System (ACS 800) and ABB intelligent MCCs (UMC22).Installation and Commissioning of field sensors and instruments from Siemens, Krohne, NAF, Yokogawa, Metso, Rosemount, ABB, IBS etc.Installation and Commissioning of Honeywell quality control system.Commissioning of 2000KVA transformers and 11KV switchgear and protection relays
