Contributesto annual departmental budgeting by providing assessment of actual departmentcosts, identification of major cost drivers and participating in setting ambitious butattainable budget in accordance with business strategy of the division. Align procurement department and plan inventory and ensure warehouse efficiency. Ensuring regulatory requirements up to date like excise and taxation requirements,passes to get entry in to special areas etc. Perform quality controls and monitor production KPI’s. Establish key performance indicators, monitor ongoing performance, and improveperformance against set goals.
