(Colgate Palmolive, Dalda foods, Altas Honda, Atlas batteries, International industries limited and Dairy lands). Primary movements all over the Pakistan, includes; container management, imports & export and having strong liaison with container providers to cater the customer’s demand efficiently. Review or update supply chain practices in accordance with new or changing environmental policies, standards, regulations, or laws and manage corporate governance and regulatory compliance. Design supply chain models to help facilitate discussions with customers according totheir requirement. Vender management includes outsourcing of secondary/primary transportation if required. Direct the hiring, training, supervision, mentoring, and performance evaluations ofsupply chain staff. Designing efficiency matrix to achieve the desired results. Development of system and business process management. Development and implement stock verification strategies and KPls and ensuresimplementation of SOPs in the Team. Implementing in ERP, development of SOPs and PFC accordingly to each process andcompleting modules for development and re-engineering of BPM. Monitors and controls the costs for efficient running of the department. Contributesto annual departmental budgeting by providing assessment of actual departmentcosts, identification of major cost drivers and participating in setting ambitious butattainable budget in accordance with business strategy of the division. Align procurement department and plan inventory and ensure warehouse efficiency. Ensuring regulatory requirements up to date like excise and taxation requirements,passes to get entry in to special areas etc. Perform quality controls and monitor production KPI’s. Establish key performance indicators, monitor ongoing performance, and improveperformance against set goals.
