Research work evaluated the behaviour of γ-oryzanol contents in oil. 3. The trend of γ-oryzanol was studied by using instrumental technique reverse phase HPLC (Perkin Elmer Series 200, UV-VIS Detector) analysis. 4. Developed a technique to optimize extraction and distillation operations for large-scale Rice Bran oil production. 5. For enhanced operations, worked on the pilot-scale distillation and extraction column.
