This involves creating detailed work breakdown structures (WBS), defining activities, sequencing tasks, and estimating resource requirements.Allocating resources effectively to tasks and projects based on their availability, skills, and project timelines. This includes labor, equipment, and materials.Tracking project progress against milestones and deliverables. This may involve collecting data from various sources, analyzing trends, and preparing progress reports for management and stakeholders.Collaborating with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to communicate project schedules, milestones, and dependencies. Providing regular updates on progress and addressing any schedule-related concerns.Providing guidance and support to site planning engineers and project teams. Sharing knowledge of scheduling tools, techniques, and best practices to enhance team performance.

During my two-month internship trainee program, I will learn about assembling and maintaining cars and assist with quality control measures. During my internship at SNGPL Multan as a mechanical trainee engineer, I had the opportunity to work in six different mechanical-related departments, each with experienced engineers and supervisors. These departments included AC gas compression plant, overhaul, maintenance, HSE, machining workshop, and test cell. Throughout my internship, I gained valuable hands-on experience in each department, learning about various aspects of mechanical engineering and honing my skills in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair. The knowledge and experience I gained during my internship will undoubtedly benefit me as I continue to pursue a career in mechanical engineering.
