Some of the projects / departments during this work tenure are:*BDCL*: Bahria Dredging Company Ltd. provides dredging services to various terminals in PQA Karachi, and marine infrastructure construction & rehabilitation works.*BFLNG*: Bahria Foundation LNG Terminal (Sonmiani Bay, Pakistan) is under development and FEED is completed. I am responsible for FEED Review & validation of Offshore Jetty, and different elements of the onshore station. I also assist Project Manager in BOQ verification, project costing, EPC contractor prequalification, and project planning. This project is under commercial evaluation stage. *BTHP*: Bahria Trans-shipment Hub of Pakistan is container terminal facility which spreads over 07acres (extendable to 20 acres) will be sufficient for the Container/Transshipment goods handling for this region. I am Responsible for construction supervision as per approved drawings, contractor bill verification and project coordination with Consultant & Contractor to resolve technical issues.

In addition to this pre-qualification documents of subcontractors review, BOQ & Cost verification, project progress monitoring and review of all design & construction related (QA/QC) documents are part of my responsibilities.

Responsible for design & detail of various projects along with the QC of Shop Drawings (Concrete & Steel), preparation of design/calculation reports and BOQ. Also to ensure the quality of work at site (Concrete ratio and steel placement according to specifications & drawings). Provides regular reports on the physical progress technical submittals, assist in execution plan for civil structural elements for projects, and to assist the filing all project technical documents, drawings, and correspondences properly in hard copy and soft copy with company IT Section through his staff.
