I have been working as a Business Development Manager at Young's, one of the leading food companies in Pakistan, for over a year. My role is to manage and expand the food service and bulk sales portfolio across the country, generating new business opportunities and increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty.With more than three years of experience in the FMCG sector, I have developed strong skills in key account development, distribution network management, and new business generation. I am passionate about delivering high-quality food products and services to our customers and partners, and creating value for our company and stakeholders. I am also a certified baker and a recipient of multiple awards for my performance and achievements at Young's, including the Bias for Actions Award and the Highest Growth Achievement Award.I am currently pursuing my MBA degree at Preston University, where I am enhancing my knowledge and skills in business, management, and marketing.
