Counter current absorption in a packed tower containing (Bubble cap tray) Flash Drum: Absorbed acid gases (Hydrogen sulphide and carbon dioxide) are flashed out and send to acid gas incinerator.H2S/Carbon Dioxide Striper: Semi lean solution is regenerated into lean solution.MDEA Reboiler: Recovering heat from HOT OIL and heat input to Carbon dioxide stripper.MDEA Pumps: Heavy duty centrifugal pumps.GAS DEHYDRATION (HCDP) UNITThis unit consists of Adsorber vessels (Silica-jell) are used as an adsorbing media, filter coalescers, Regeneration Gas Heater (BMS control system) .Hot oil heatersHot oil heaters are used to supply heat necessary to Stripper Reboiler for CO2 & H2S Stripping All the above heaters Design by GASCO & BMS (Burner management system) software is HIMA Acid gas incineratorAcid Gas Incinerator is used to burn H2S from Acid gas Generation from stripper & process condensate to avoid environmental issue.
