I am managing Chemicals in our facility and working with LEVIS, C&A, VF ,DECATHLON etc. regarding RSL, MRSL, ZDHC, CHEM-IQ . I make sure our facility complies with all the requirements of the buyers regarding everything especially Chemical Management and passes all the audits.

• To impart initial Safety Induction and routine Fire & Safety training to all workers as per Factories Act, 1934 and buyer’s COC.• To conduct the HSE (Fire Fighting, Emergency Evacuation Drills, First Aid, Machine Safety, Chemical Handling, Usages of PPEs, etc.) meetings and trainings and their recordkeeping.• To make sure the provision of PPE, S to all the departments. To make records of PPE, s Issuance, PPE’s Condition Checklist, PPE’s Purchase etc...• To Develop or execute strategies to address issues like Energy Consumption, Resource Conservation, Recycling, Pollution Reduction, Waste Elimination and Transportation etc.• To maintain the Chemical Store safe and in compliant with all environmental legislation and safety standards to avoid from any hazard to human beings, ground water and the environment.• To run and maintain the Waste Water Treatment Plant. To maintain the Chemical Dosing, Daily Testing, Working Condition and all other matters regarding treatment plants. To record the data of Annual Water Usage and Discharge.• To make Chemical Inventory of the Chemicals and Dyes on monthly basis. To update the RSL Certificates and MSDS of all chemicals.• To monitor the product safety standards (Metal contamination control, metal detector’s calibration and other record keeping.)• To conduct and recordkeeping of Environmental Tests like Waste Water, Drinking Water, Noise Level, LUX Level, Stack Emissions of Boilers and Generators from third party.• To Conduct Inspection and recordkeeping of the reports of fitness of heavy machinery like Boilers, Generators, Compressors etc.• To assist in audits of different buyers like H & M, VF ASIA ,Aeropostale,Gemo etc.
