Working as Planning Engineer in the PMO of Imarat group of Companies. I am working for overall monitoring & control of ongoing live projects. I coordinate with the site execution team to tract the Daily progress reports and Update the Primavera schedule for all the ongoing projects. I apply all schedule quality; characteristics & schedule adherence checks on the schedules. I also prepare the complete project management plan including all key components. I also prepare the PMO progress dashboards. .I prepare the weekly progress trackers & project spotlight progress status reports which show the major concern regarding budget, schedule, quality & health of the project, So that management can take corrective actions if anything is not going as per plan.
