 Heading and managing a team of members and reporting to Chief Financial officer for budgeting, project follow ups, financial statement and economic models. Assigned responsibility of providing accurate and timely periodic reporting, analysis and planning of all projects related financials.  Managing cash flows and credit control for various suppliers in Oil Industry.  Follow ups on Capex for projects in process. Liaison with the statutory auditors for annual audits and agreed upon procedure, Competent Person Report (CPR), Due diligence report for meeting the statutory requirement of varying countries for bidding in oil fields. Invoicing and following up on the service agreements.  Overseeing the financial reporting for the company’s interest in Joint ventures formed between the Government and the operating company as part of Production Sharing agreement.  Ensuring compliance to the commercial terms & conditions relating to deliverables, title and risk transfer, billing & payment terms, penalty, warranty etc. Assigned responsibility of presenting financial data for monthly accounts (client & Oil Field) including the incorporation of month end entries (provisioning, allocation of common expenses—corporate, accruals etc). Assisted the legal & Corporate department in obtaining the financing facility from financial institutions for funding the prospective oil fields projects, in proportion of approved capital structures (Debt & Equity Ratio) of the company. Keep a follow up on the company’s KPIs (ROI, Fixed Costs as a % of Barrel of oil, Pay Back Period etc) and advised the management for any cut down in costs if necessary.  Responsible for managing adhering to various service agreements including therein the reporting of Key financial information to the investor with Carrying interest, Budget Vs Actual expense report to Minority Interest Holders.
