As an account and finance officer, my significant duties were;• Ensuring accurate and timely recording of all receipts and expenditures in QuickBooks• Reconciling the company's bank accounts• Managing accurate and timely invoicing of charges to customers• Obtaining and maintaining proper documentation for all expenditures and payables, including staff expense reports.• Timely payments to all partners to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations. • Reconciling received payments in all bank accounts on a weekly and monthly basis• Managing refunds of customers as per defined SOPs• Following up with partners for payment/commission settlements • Monitoring transaction patterns and raising alerts in case of any abnormal patterns are found in transactions• Working closely with the support team to perform day-to-day operations• Salaries processing and booking in QuickBooks• Coordinating with the tax and legal consultants. Liaison with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained• Reconciliations of various areas Like banks, wallets, vendors, customers, etc.
