A large scale project which I lead while being part of Ryan Builders was a Joint venture between Rayan Builders Group Pvt Ltd & HI JV PF (Heavy Industries Joint Ventures with Path Finder Group Pvt Ltd) to build steel structure pre-fabricated modern villas (Total No of Villas 34) at a tourist location in Murree, Punjab Province. Job Responsibilities• Managed all on-ground work, Civil ( RCC foundation include RCC access Road)• Monitor all on side work include plumbing, Sewerage, Electrification and other work.• Coordinated with Heavy Industries Taxila (HIT) for supply and installation of steel structures on site.• Handled all site work, including transportation of steel structures.• Managed and resolved issues with local authorities (Murree Municipal Authority & National Highway Authority).• Prepared and shared weekly progress reports with all stakeholders.• Procured all project items & Prepared subcontractors' bills and sent them to head office for approval.• Inspection Coordination: Coordinated inspections with the Design Wing and conducted inspections at designated steps to ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications.

Total no of Apartments 176Job Responsibilities• Assisting the Project Director, with daily site updates and weekly progress reports preparation and presentation.• Timely coordination with Architecture & Structural Engineers for taking response on queries of site staff.• Create liaison between project engineer and multiple sub-contractors & teams.• Assist Electrical Engineers with designing typical floor electric plans, including 100KWp Grid Tie Solar PV Industrial System for Margallah Hills Building Project.• Liaise between sub-contractors and accounts departments• Arrange meetings between sales team for different products / industries with Project Director.
