Solve the query of customer through E-mails like KHUSH HALL BEEMA, KHUSH HAAL MANAFAH, Activation, Deactivation, Termination of MW a/c Also carter the SR(Service Request) every SR has his own TAT time solve the query of customer within TAT.One and Half year experience in CALL CENTER where I am1. Activation of Dormant MW (MW account the particular customer not used and not perform transaction within six months into his a/c) 2. Migration of account from level 0 to level 1.3. Activation & Deactivation of BDC, TMFB, SERP and Easy Paisa ATM card after taking some required information (KYC) from Customer.4. When customer replace the SIM after replace the SIM the a/c is not work properly and sometime customer forgot his MW pin then he call on helpline, verified the customer on line and solve the issue. 5. Activate the USSD channel of Easy Paisa retailer.6. Phone Banking in which customer call on easy paisa helpline 24/7 to pay his home bills like electricity, gas, telephone etc. and also send the money OTC. In phone banking we transfer the money from his a/c to own a/c and do the customer required task.
