Health Safety Environment Engineer
Current- Responsible for monitoring and assessing hazardous and unsafe situations.- Developing measures to assure personal safety.- Correcting unsafe acts or conditions through regular line of authority.- Conducting hazard identification of the facility though quarterly audits to mitigate incidents.- Investigating all the incidents including false alarms and near miss reports. Providing recommended corrective action through root cause analysis.- Planning and executing mock drills for the facility to create an awareness among staff.- Maintaining awareness of active and developing situations.- Review the incident action plan for safety implications.- Investigating accidents which occurs during the operations.- Ensure Implementation of Site Safety and Health Plan (SSHP).- Providing extensive training to staff on various Health & Safety topics.- Conducting toolbox meeting everyday before start of everyday operations.- Complying with ISO: 45001 and ISO: 9001 standards in day to day operations.- Coordinating with subcontractors for various projects inquiries, obtaining quotations through RFQ and monitoring of the execution of the project till completion.- Preparing of various scope of work, GATE, OPEX and CAPEX.- Submitting monthly invoices to the client.- Maintaining Attendance Sheets, Petty cash, overtime and all other HR, Admin related documents.
