Working as OHS Specialist at UNEC, I have been managing and implementing the HSE system at the project level for over seven years. I have a NVQ Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, and I am an expert in construction safety, project control, and construction site inspections.My mission is to ensure the health, safety, and environment of all stakeholders involved in the project, from workers to consultants. I communicate and follow up with the consultant for official approval of submitted safety reports, conduct weekly and monthly inspections, prepare action plans and corrective action reports, and involve in incident management investigation. I also lead a team of 50 HSE engineers and officers, assigning them tasks, trainings, and drills, and presenting monthly management HSE meetings. I am motivated by the challenge and satisfaction of creating a safe and sustainable work environment.
