Role & Responsibilities:- Preparation of budgeted financial statements with cash flow forecast.- Preparation of Financial Performance and Variance Analysis Reports.- Managing the banking relationship and assist to monitor and manage bank's covenants compliance checklist and annual credit review by lenders.- Monitoring financial performance against budget, analysing and providing commentary on any variances for property development accounts.- Preparation of the budget and approval of the budget from the RERA.- Dealing with the RERA Auditors.- Supervising the period end processes with identification of adjusting entries to be made, on a monthly, half year and annual basis.- Assisting team to develop, implement and ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedure, and legislation.- UAE VAT compliance and Return Filing.- Coordination with external auditors throughout the audit cycle.- Manage other/special/ad-hoc projects/duties as assigned from time to time.
