Being Supervisor in Audit & Assurance department at Mushtaq & Company Chartered Accountants, I got rich experience of Auditing & Assurance services by applying my skills in International Auditing Standards (IASs) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs) and different laws and regulations governing economic environment in Pakistan. Major area of my expertise are conducting statutory audits (Planning, execution and preparing audit reports for engagement partner review), evaluation of internal control environment for identification of control weaknesses and suggesting the relevant controls including designing new controls if required.

My responsibilities include:- Review of working papers and financial statements.- Delegating work to other members of the audit team, ensuring that associates understand their responsibilities and have received appropriate on-the-job training/coaching.- Prepare the audit plan and ensure that it appropriately addresses the audit objectives.- Provide support to the audit manager and the partner.- Oversee all aspects of audit fieldwork and completion.- Communicate any issues relating to an audit with manager or partner. - Produce audit reports, specifically drafting sections of the report to management to improve accounting controls.- Control the audit in relation to timescales, budgets and risk management procedures.- Design, evaluation, implementation and monitoring of internal controls.- Preparation of standard operating procedures for different areas of business operations.- Performance of system audit especially payroll and store.- Review of monthly and annually yield reports and other production reports.- Advise the management on compliance of statutory and legal requirements and other regulations and pronouncements.

- To assist teacher in preparation of class lectures, tests & assignments.- To provide counseling to C.A. students in relevant subjects.- Deliver lecture in absence of Teacher.- Preparation of multimedia presentations for class lectures.- ICAP result compilation for PAC students.- Preparation of Reports for Executives on above mentioned result.- Arranged special test session for referral students.
