• Arrangement of all Mobilization according to the project requirement• Maintain the manpower status as per project requirements• Report to Project manager as mobilization and project manpower requirement as per job• To ensure the timely Mobilization and demobilization on job and on completion of job• Monitor the schedule of client mobilization plan and de mobilization plan..

• To report directly to the Incharge Administration.• Arrangement of all Transportation.• Invoice controlling.• Leave record, ESB(End Service Benefits), • Processing and record keeping of monthly invoices.• To ensure the timely renewal of sec passes of the personnel working at different plants and sites.• Preparation of Employee’s Expense claim vouchers till the final approval for the payment.• Arranging visa renewal medicals as well as preparation of UAE id cards for the employees.• Record keeping of health cards and labour cards.• To look after the maintenance of the furniture, organizing the parties and event of company i.e. annual sports gala, monthly birthday parties.
