Ministry of Housing is increasingly designed to be an identity and a liveable spatial community; a place where people want to belong to. The community has a promenade as its backbone, which connects adjacent pieces of common open spaces and community facilities to form a second network; a pedestrian/social network that is distinct from the road system and orthogonal to its large Residential, Religious Facilities, Education facilities, commercial facilities, Utilities facilities, Road network and Parking facilities.The Project builds contract was carried out by Azmeel Contracting Company value of 220 million SR The goal of Project complete Infrastructure Underground services, Road network walks away parking area Electric Substation, Sewer Treatment Plant, Water Treatment Plant, each designed by Consultant Omrania & Associates. Duties and Responsibilities: Execute suitability and availability of drawings and other data to ensure the contractor has the right information for the work in hand. Execute quality of product / information / coordination provided by the consultant. Execute the quality and timeliness of inspections carried out by the consultant. Execute progress of the works for compliance with the schedule. Execute that appropriate planning tools are implemented by the contractor, including the accurate look ahead schedules. Execute that material for the works are submitted for approval in time, delivered on time and suitably stored on site prior to incorporation in the works. Execute that client furnished material is requested in sufficient time to permit purchase and deliver to the site without delay to the schedule. Execute and maintaining the procedures for meetings, meeting documentation, follow-up and tracking issues and participate actively in resolving outstanding issues.

Having overall responsibility for effectively managing the place, labor and equipment to achieve maximum efficiency and cost effectiveness. Making preparations before work begins on site including communicating with the public, architects and engineers. Also in charge of keeping track of progress and ensuring that projects are on time and to budget.Duties:• In charge of the project budget for materials and manpower & maintaining accurate billing records.• Daily management of up to 10 project staff and multiple sub contractors.• Ensuring that all quality control, environmental and health and safety requirements are met.• Formulated policies, managed daily operations, and planned the use of materials and human resources.• Analyzed any construction project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization.• Providing independent professional advice and guidance to senior manager and third parties.• Planning site activities in detail, setting targets and accurately forecasting completion dates.• Accurately estimate material, construction and labor costs as well as project timescales.• Directing and supervising workers.

Responsible for managing and executing projects, including time and budget management and quality control as well as delivering projects successfully and being accountable for project planning and directionDuties:• To review the Shop drawing before development.• Preparation, development and review of Project Health and Safety Plans and Risk Assessment.• Development and review project planning and program.• Management and monitoring the construction work.• Quality checking of deliverables at each stage and final product.• Ensuring compliance with all project QA procedures and requirements. • Make all coordination required with contractors and suppliers.• Sustaining consultant relationships and developing. • The proximity of the site to employees working in the facility and security & safety controls on site.

Responsible for managing and executing projects, including time and budget management and quality control as well as delivering projects successfully and being accountable for project planning and directionDuties:• Establishment and responsibility for project communication with consultant and sub- contractor.• Development and review project planning and program.• Preparation, development and review of project safety & quality plan.• Compliance with cooperate Quality Management System.• Compliance with cooperate Health and Safety Management System.• Preparation, development and review of Project Health and Safety Plans and Risk Assessment.• Ensure Project teams have a clear understanding of contract and applicable obligation.• Ensuring compliance with all project QA procedures and requirements. • Make all coordination required with contractors and suppliers.• Sustaining consultant relationships and developing. • The proximity of the site to employees working in the facility and security & safety controls on site• Review of material / Sub contractor procurement and delivery schedule and updates.

Proficient in industrial structures for pumps, compressors, separators, dehydration units, storage tanks & required connection constructed foundation support, drainage system Responsible for ensuring that the package for submittal to the consultant meets all consultant requirements. Checks that all consultant comments have been incorporated. Assures that the package has been through all relevant checks in line with the QA/QC manual. Prepares and coordinates the project schedule and maintains this throughout the project. Optimizes the use of personnel to achieve the schedule, Forecasts and addressesdeviations to schedule. Compliance with cooperate Quality Management System. Compliance with co-operating Health and Safety Management System. Preparation, development, and review of Project Health and Safety Plans and Risk Assessment. Management and monitoring the construction works

• Proficient in industrial structures for pumps, compressors, separators, dehydration units, storage tanks & required connection constructed foundation support, drainage system• Responsible for ensuring that the package for submittal to the consultant meets all consultant requirements. • Checks that all consultant comments have been incorporated. • Assures that the package has been through all relevant checks in line with the QA/QC manual.• Prepares and coordinates the project schedule and maintains this throughout the project. Optimizes the use of personnel to achieve the schedule, Forecasts and addresses deviations to schedule.• Compliance with cooperate Quality Management System.• Compliance with cooperate Health and Safety Management System.• Preparation, development and review of Project Health and Safety Plans and Risk Assessment.• Management and monitoring the construction work.

• Perform Site Project Coordination duties to plan and coordinate Project Site and Construction activities to ensure that works are implemented safely, to the specified requirements, within schedule and in a cost-effective manner. • Overall coordination of MEP/ Construction activities between CONTRACTOR & Client. • Project Administration, Document Management, transmittals & drawings control. Monitor Construction Schedule Performance and investigate causes of delay and report accordingly. • Coordinates with the Site Construction Manager and Foreman to optimize allocation of manpower, material and equipment for assigned projects. • Assists Site Construction Manager in updating progress on site to Planning on a weekly basis. Ensures his site image is in compliance with Company standards and policies.

• As a Engineer I took up complex engineering projects in the organization. I used specialized engineering tools and techniques to efficiently solve the complex projects in a professional approach. I also provided technical guidance in Civil Engineering area and also trained other engineers in my team and took the responsibility of delivering the final project with quality on time.
