Currently working as Deputy Manager Compliance and responsible for compliance of all divisions including Spinning, Weaving, Processing and Garments• Lead and guide the company’s social, ethical, technical, and environmental compliance program to ensure compliance with standards and legal requirements.• Developing and overseeing control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies.• Evaluating the efficiency of controls and improving them continuously.• Revising procedures, reports, etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues.• Creating and implementing environmental programs and policies to improve the organization’s environmental performance.• Ensuring that the organization is complying with relevant laws, regulations, and standards in the areas of social responsibility, environmental sustainability, and technical performance.• Collaborating with other departments within the organization to monitor compliance and develop strategies for improvement.• Follow up daily on non-conformances observed during internal and external audits and ensure rectification.• Observe and monitor all risks and hazards regarding health, safety, and the environment. Monitor and control all fire safety equipment, identify and rectify all potential non-conformances.• Review company policies and procedures to ensure effective implementation in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
