A qualified professional with a passion for Employee Relations (ER), Labour Law and all things Human Capital Management related. Holding over 8 years of experience in a large corporate environment comprising of over 20 000 employees nationally, I have accumulated a wealth of experience in company compliance, policy and procedures management, working closely with business in ensuring that employees are aligned to all policies as well as the facilitation of employee disciplinary, CCMA and grievance resolution processes.With an appetite to develop and enhance my skills, I successfully completed a Postgraduate in Labour Law in 2019. In my current role as an ER Consultant, I work with our Employee Relations team in facilitating a conducive and healthy relationship between employees, management and organized Labour within a framework that is derived from and focuses on compliance to company policies, procedures and the Law. Additionally, I play a pivotal role as a member of National SASSA (South African Social Security Agency) Project Team, coordinating and managing the contracts that are key in the running of this essential service which over 15 million of our most vulnerable citizens are dependent on.
