I am an Integration Specialist at GIFT University, where I support the implementation and integration of various software systems and applications across the organization. I work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the alignment of business requirements, technical specifications, and user expectations, and I troubleshoot any issues that arise during the integration process. I also provide training and documentation to help users adopt and utilize the new systems and applications effectively.In addition to my current role, I have experience as an Account Manager at GIFT University, where I directed financial strategy, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and payroll. I collaborated with stakeholders for financial alignment and managed job orders for invoice accuracy. These roles have enabled me to develop strong skills in customer relationship management (CRM), business administration, presentations, and problem-solving, along with a solid foundation in accounting, finance, economics, and marketing.I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) at GIFT University, with a focus on Business Administration and Management. I am passionate about learning new concepts and applying them to real-world scenarios, and I am eager to explore opportunities in finance roles that allow me to deliver impactful solutions and drive organizational growth.
