USAID'S Integrated Health Systems Strengthening and Service Delivery (IHSS-SD) Activity.Key Responsibilities and Accomplishments:° Establish liaison with the District Health Officer and District coordinators for TB, MNCH, DHIS2, and other related staff at DHO office.° Organize and participate in project review and coordination meetings with stakeholders.° Support in developing micro-plan for mobile health unit in consultation with the unit medical officer, the district TB and MNCH coordinators, representative of NGO implementing partner and other stakeholders in the district.° Ensure availability of supplies and consumables required for planned mobile health unit activities.° Support to ensure correct entry of data on field activities, and review for data quality on daily basis.° Supervise field activities and share regular report on performance of staff and achievement of targets on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis using prescribed formats.° Take pictures of project activities according to approved protocol and share with Contech and JSI designated staff.° Ensure enlistment of project inputs in the relevant facility stock register/s.° Coordinate with unit medical officer, representative of NGO implementing partner and other stakeholders for ensuring presence of targeted clients and provide necessary support for successful field visits of mobile unit.° Contech International is a child-safe organization, and the safety and wellbeing of children is a priority of our organization. Electronic Immunization Registry-Zindagi Mehfooz Program (EIR-ZM)Key Responsibilities and Accomplishments:° Develop a comprehensive plan for the ongoing monitoring, evaluation, and action of routine immunization and polio eradication campaign activities.° Design, develop, execute, monitor, capture, and report insights from the field.° Support the line manager in coordinating operations across program intervention areas.° Develop strong working relations with donors, partners, Government officials, and other stakeholders.° Create and update ME&A tools to ensure consistent and accurate data collection for monitoring purposes. Implement protocols to maintain data integrity and completeness, with regular assessments and audits to ensure high-quality data.° Leverage advanced analytics to clearly and effectively communicate monitoring findings to the IRD core team. Utilize these insights to inform and guide strategic planning and decision-making.° Coordinate, support, supervise, and monitor the field teams and activities.° Lead capacity building training sessions of national, provincial and district staff on National Electronic Immunization Registry (NEIR) application to strengthen capacity to collect and report EPI data in an efficient and effective manner.° Notify line manager and take corrective action whenever irregularities are suspected or detected.° Attend in-person and virtual meetings to report progress and challenges and assist in arranging meetings and trainings.° Establish and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders i.e. Government, community focal persons, political and social activists and different NGOs, etc.° Prepare advance infographic presentation slides for the managers meeting.° Optimize the practical use of data collection tools, both paper and App based.° Maintain and update GIS shape file up to UC level of respective district/province.Flexible to work across different time zones for virtual meetings.

Sindh Electronic Immunization Registry-Zindagi Mehfooz Program (SEIR-ZM)Key Responsibilities and Accomplishments:° Design, develop, execute, monitor, capture, and report insights from the field.° Support the line manager in coordinating operations across program intervention areas.° Develop strong working relations with donors, partners, Government officials, and other stakeholders.° Create and update ME&A tools to ensure consistent and accurate data collection for monitoring purposes. Implement protocols to maintain data integrity and completeness, with regular assessments and audits to ensure high-quality data.° Continuously track the implementation of monitoring activities to ensure they align with planned schedules and objectives.° Conduct monitoring and measure changes in program implementation with the participation of relevant partners.° Coordinate, support, supervise, and monitor the field teams and activities.° Assess the training needs and conduct in-class and on-site training of the field staff and vaccinators.° Assist in arranging meetings and trainings.° Data analysis using SPSS, Advance Excel, QGIS and Stata.° Supervise, mobilize and manage field teams.° Establish and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders i.e. Government, community focal persons, political and social activists and different NGOs, etc.° Travel frequently to the identified low performing districts and high-risk areas to support the Supplementary Immunization Activities, AFP/VPD Surveillance System.° Prepare advance infographic presentation slides for the managers meeting.° To notify the manager, IT Team and take corrective actions whenever any irregularities are suspected or detected.° Optimize the practical use of data collection tools, both paper and App based.

Sindh Electronic Immunization Registry-Zindagi Mehfooz Program (SEIR-ZM)Key Responsibilities and Accomplishments:° To support, supervise and monitor field activities of the Field Workers/Supervisors and Vaccinators.° To coordinate, support, supervise and Monitor field workers/supervisors in solving field issues. ° To assess the training needs of the vaccination staff (Vaccinators and LHWs) and Field Supervisors as well as help them in provision of training on vaccination mobile application and provide support/facilitation, as and when required.° To conduct community awareness sessions.° To validate data received from field workers/vaccinators.° To participate in referral chain process for Zindagi Mehfooz Immunization for increasing the number of clients to get vaccinated on time.° To actively participate in any district government meetings regarding the Immunization/Polio and also liaison with District Health Administration.° Supervise Town Filed Coordinator and provide necessary support as and when needed.° To prepare daily field reports and share with Manager for monitoring purposes.° To notify the manager and take corrective actions whenever any irregularities are suspected or detected.° To maintain regular stock of all projects related equipment provided by IRD.° To coordinate with district health department and vaccination personnel for project activities.

° Ensure the proper screening, assessment and registration of children (6 to 23 months) as per UNICEF protocol.° Assist the Nutrition Assistant in providing medical and nutritional treatment for malnourished children at OTP site.° Provide follow ups of admitted SAM & MAM cases.° Ensure Proper care, packing and distribution of nutrition commodities to the registered and deserving patients.° Ensure the timely referral of severely acute malnourished children with complications to the stabilization center.° Ensure timely submission of reports.° To counsel all the discharged patients for further follow ups through Social Mobilizer(SM).° Be flexible and adaptable with regards to the implementation of the daily work.
