Finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements including statement of financial position, statement of comprehensive income, statement of cash flows, statement of changes in equity and consolidated financial statements in accordance with the requirements of International Financial Reporting Standards, Companies Ordinance and applicable laws.Preparation and maintenance of books of accounts, general ledger and completed accounting requirements including debtors, creditors, payroll, bank reconciliation ,accounts reconciliations and balance sheet schedules.Preparation of monthly management accounts for analyzing the P/L and financial position of the company, and format data for final reporting to directors and other relevant bodies in understandable and comparable format.Monitor the Procurement staff performance regarding the compliance of standard operating procedures and report to managing director on monthly basis.Ensuring correctness of financial recording by authentication of vouchers prior to posting in the software. For this purpose I verified and authenticated vouchers for posting.Dealing with accounts payable in head office by processing payments from the bank accounts as per different kind of Purchase order agreements.Preparation of feasibility reports, cash flows’ projections, budgets, business plans and financial appraisal reports.Remain engaged in development of ‘System of Internal Controls’ designed with an intention to mitigate all the business risks and to cater multifarious business requirements.Coordination with statutory auditors, ensuring provision of record and data and follow-up of control weaknesses and other observations identified in Management Letter.
