I am working as a Consultant Family Medicine for 4years after completion of my Speciality training in UK. I achieved MRCGP qualification in September 2011 from the Royal College of General Practitioners. As a GP, my special interests are Cardiology, Muskuloskeletal Problems and joint injections.I am doing a Postgraduate Certificate in Medical Education from the University of Hertfordshire UK . I will have PGcert MedEd. qualification after completion of the last module . The qualification will help me to serve as a GP trainer and participate in Postgraduate and Undergraduate training formally in the field of Medicine . I also work as an Honorary Board Member of RCGP Faculty Beds and Herts.I gained my basic Medical qualification MBBS from King Edward Medical College Pakistan in 2003. I worked as a House Officer and after the successful completion of the Foundation Year 2 in UK, I passed the entry exam to qualify as a GP trainee. My qualifications and training have given me a sound basic knowledge in each of the areas of Medicine. I am also maintaining my e-portfolio which is an online log book of various meetings, conferences, teachings ,presentations, Colleagues' and patients' feedback .I keep my knowledge up to date as a member of various online resources available for doctors i.e Online Learning environment RCGP (Royal College of General Practitioners), GP-Update(UK), Medscape CME, MIMS, PULSE,GPonline.My interests include religion studies, books and community work .
