Hello! My name is Yazid.I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Gunadharma University in 2020. In 2017, I interned at PT. Unisem as part of their Kaizen (improvement strategy) team. This experience provided me with valuable knowledge and skills for my professional career.In 2020, I was offered an opportunity to work at Goal International. Initially, my role was outside my field of expertise, as I joined the marketing team. Starting with just four people in the company, I took on multiple responsibilities, including creating Standard Operating Procedures, providing customer service, marketing the company to attract clients, and managing payments.The pandemic posed significant challenges for our growth, as we struggled to earn the trust of customers while competing against larger rivals. However, through tireless work, effective time management, and a commitment to meeting company targets, we were able to overcome these difficulties. As a result, the company grew from a small team to over 20 staff members, receiving positive feedback from our clients.This experience demonstrated my ability to work outside my field of expertise. Being promoted to manager, where I lead a team of over 9 staff, is a testament to my dedication to hard work and my continuous pursuit of personal and professional growth.
