As an experienced HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) professional with over 12 years of expertise in HSE Management Systems, including Process Safety, HSE policies and regulations, HSE Risk Management processes, Environmental Impact Assessments, Environmental Management Plans, conducting Internal/ External trainings, arranging pre-job safety meetings and preparing minutes of meeting, Safety Walks, accident lessons learned communicating with employees, implementing TOP card (Training Observation Program) procedures, CPRs (Corrective and preventive Action Request), HAZID, HSE Audit, Incident/Accident Investigations, and management of change process (Engineering Change Request), conducting training on HSE Management System, implementing and monitoring compliance with Permit to Work, Job Safety Analysis (JSA) Procedures, making sure the implementation of HSE policies, maintaining all records, and preparation of reports. My primary role is to inspect the workplace for safety and health hazards, coordinate inspections, investigations, occupational safety activities with departments to ensure workplace safety and health regulations, observe corrective actions in case of non-compliance in different areas. My educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from the International Islamic University, Islamabad. This degree has given me a solid footing in the fundamentals of environmental science, which has helped me to recognize the risks and hazards that are related with various industries.
