• Process all visa type applications received on a daily basis.• Check all the documents as per embassy requirements of the applicants before filling the VAF of applicant.• Check all details and print off relevant forms required to complete the process for the Turkish embassy.• Make Visa Application form of the applicants on Ministry Portal and also make booking on Anatolia travel services software.• Acknowledge and scan and log all passports received and reporting.• Response call and email of applicant’s inquires.• Work as part of the operations team and office record keeping such as applicant’s record and maintaining admin record.
