-Develop and optimize the program Quality Management system using the ISO 9001 Standard and the EXPRO White Book as a basis. Systems include process development and optimization, procedure development, data collection, reporting, and quality systems training.-Develop Program Quality plans, Define Quality requirements for Consultants and Contractors.-Effectively monitor implementation of Quality Management Plan and Procedures across the program.-Support Program leadership in implementing Quality requirements and measuring performance.-Schedule and execute Quality Audits program aligned with PMO delivery phases.-Lead Quality meetings, presentations & training sessions.-Drive continuous improvement of projects at PMO and projects level.-Attend and participate in meetings, representing the Quality Program function on issues of program requirements, regulatory & industry standard compliance, client requirements, and Quality reports.-Interfaces with program staff, contractors, vendors, and suppliers regarding Quality requirements and issues.-Spread the Quality Culture and awareness through Quality systems training.

-Handling on-site Quality Control for high-rise buildings.-Review and approve contractor’s submittals ensuring their compliance with Project Quality Plan, Procedures, and contractual requirements.-Participate in material approval to ensure project specifications and contractual documentation compliance.-Coordinate with project construction team and support site discipline engineers by ensuring that all site inspection, testing, and reporting are in line with the approved Methods Statements and ITPs.-Issuing and close NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and SONs (Site Observation Notes).-Conduct regular site surveillance and support discipline engineers to ensure that the work is performed as per the latest approved drawings, method statement, materials, and the project Quality control procedure.-Attend regular progress meetings as directed by the Project Manager.-Review and submit QA/QC weekly and monthly reports in coordination with site discipline engineers

-Arrange subcontracting companies and follow up their approvals with project consultant and client.-Arrange civil & architectural sample submittals and follow-up approvals in the Ministry of Higher Education.-Attend regular meetings with suppliers and clients.-Preparing rate comparisons and price analysis to identify the financial status of required BoQ items..-Prepare rates comparison sheets for the higher management to take their decisions getting the best offer available in the market-Coordinate with suppliers on regular basis before and after contracting to ensure the smooth running of projects

-Supervise architectural and civil activities at sites.-Manage daily tasks and duties of site foremen.-Prepare and submit Inspection Requests for completed works and attend consultant’s inspections.-Prepare and submit Material Inspection Requests (MIRs) for delivered materials and attend consultant’s inspections.-Preparing daily and weekly reports of current activities at sites.-Attend coordination meetings with the Project Manager.
