In my role at Scholars, I identified learning gaps in students' understanding and provided personalized, one-on-one instruction in various levels of math and science. I tracked each student’s progress throughout the semester and set individualized goals to ensure their success.

As a research assistant at the Brock Youth and Development Lab, I helped organize research ideas with Masters and PhD students and conducted thorough literature reviews on various topics. I assisted in recruiting participants for lab projects and collaborated with lab members to collect data for ongoing research projects.

As a student legal intern at Avadh Law, I conducted research on real estate laws and regulations to support discussions. I also assisted the office secretary with organizing and filing client documents and communicated with clients to schedule appointments.

As a seasonal hotel manager at the Denison Inn and Suites, I handled technological issues related to check-in software, marketing, and security. I oversaw and delegated staff responsibilities, including housekeeping and accounting, and managed administrative tasks such as maintenance, budget allocation, and setting room rates.

As the founder of Formative Tutor Services, I offered one-on-one remote tutoring to high school students in Math, English, Science, and Psychology throughout the pandemic and beyond. I organized tutoring sessions and managed schedules for both tutors and students to ensure effective and efficient support.
