Supervise a team of multi-trade techniciansMaintain up to date records of work carried out on the plant and equipment within the site manuals and complete site log booksCarry out within company policies and guidelines any reasonable reactive request from the client including M&E,Prepare and submit all relevant technical and general reports as required.Ensure all the technical problems in units are resolved efficiently and no re-occurrence for the same complaints for a considerable timeLead a team of technicians and ensure the utilizations of technicians and spare parts done properlyRecord all the maintenance activities and report to the manager on daily/ weekly basisPrepare material requests for the site requirements and maintain the minimum parts to deal with emergenciesCarry out and ensure planned preventative maintenance PPM is completed on all relevant equipment daily weekly monthly and as plannedRespond to all reactive maintenance within the required time framePrepare preliminary reports for major repairs and breakdowns of systemsRapid and accurate analysis of issues pro-actively seek to resolve problemsImmediately notify the Manager of any safety issues and concerns, maintain a safe place of work. Follow all the Health and safety instructions and requirementsTroubleshooting of AC related control panels such as Star-Delta starter, DOLAble to carry out maintenance on Electrical systems including troubleshootingHands-on with all type of plumbing jobsAttend all the calls related to building services and direct them to concerned personsAttend monthly meeting with Manager to discuss site related issues and acquire solutionsOversee and carry out the installation, maintenance and repair of a wide range of equipment.Respond in prompt and efficient manner to all reactive issues and help desk requests.Report to manager on job progress and issues on a daily basis.Coordinate with other team ensuring satisfactory completion of all work requests.
