Current>Conduct stock inventory audits across the UAE in the automotive, FMCG, contracting, and services sectors using Oracle and Keyloop software, ensuring accuracy through both annual and surprise physical counts.>Manage reconciliation transactions with thorough documentation to enhance accountability in inventory management, leading initiatives to improve processes.>Perform surprise inspections and spot checks to ensure adherence to operational procedures; document findings and communicate them effectively to management to facilitate informed decision-making.>Oversee the management of damaged stock by inspecting claim items prior to transferring good items to the damaged inventory; actively participate in inventory scrapping processes to optimize resource utilization.>Ensure accurate recording of completed jobs by reviewing transactions and reports, driving efforts to streamline workflows and reduce processing times.>Implement promotions, rectify errors, and address inquiries related to all business units, fostering collaboration among teams to enhance operational efficiency and achieve organizational goals.>Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless inventory processes, contributing to improved efficiency and alignment with organizational objectives.
