• Implement, and ensure delivery of all current and future infrastructure projects, and business cases.• Implement and manage current and future infrastructure and ELV related projects, and ensure delivery of project deliverable and milestones, with agreed on time and quality.• Identify, implement and manage projects changes, issues and risks, and escalate them as necessary.• Reporting as necessary for business and technology leads on projects / solutions implementation progress.• Design, configure and deploy solutions, in addition to develop associated solutions cost to build, operate and maintain.• Plan and ensure that the capacity of technology infrastructure can deliver the agreed on service level in a cost effective and timely manner.• Ensure that all Operations, infrastructure and data centers services are available and meet the agreed on service level.• Response and implement the requests for changes to the Infrastructure production environment to minimize the risks of service disruptions, in addition to manage and control the implementation of approved changes.• Build and maintain continuous dialogue with business partners and other technology functions to support effective collaboration and team coordination.• Contribute in developing of function processes and ensure of implementation of related processes and standards.• Ensuring projects delivery in accordance with schedules/plans, budgets and all related contractual and commercial issues.• Responsible for the overall planning (work program, materials delivery schedule); defines the scope and implements project plans in accordance with the project and client’s needs.• Act on behalf of the company in all correspondences and meetings with client/ consultant/ subcontractors/suppliers/ local authorities.• Prepares weekly/monthly reports/presentations for higher management/clients and leading projects controls review meetings.

• Assure that the completed installations of related instruments and systems are complying with drawings, required specifications and standards.• IT Infrastructure design, implementation, management and support.• Data center operations.• Configuration, management and support (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO…etc.)• Backup operation implementation and support.• Windows Server 2012/2016 management and support.• SAN Storage management and support.• Manage video conferencing and collaboration platforms.• Servers and storage virtualization management (VM ware & Hyper – V).• Cloud hosting management• Responsible for the site work implementation, documentation and achieving the project target completion date.• Perform testing and commissioning of the installed systems and handover to the parties concerned.• Provide installation and support of network and network security products, firewalls, backup solutions, Antiviruses solution routers and switches.• Install and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware/software faults and solve technical and applications problems, either over the phone or in person.• Interact with the business users in order to facilitate the hardware installation and timeslot for servicing.• Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities and resolving problems.• Supervise the site technician inspectors and prepare the necessary job distribution.
