 Working alongside the General Manager ensuring the smooth daily operations of the company, swiftly resolving any arising issues and tasks with achieving company targets and objectives Maintain and update multiple accounts according to different sub-contractors Control Procurement department, i.e. Requisition approval, Material price and quality management, and purchase order placement, supplier and vendors payment

 Preparing budget, estimates and monitor departmental expenditures Checking receipt vouchers, Payment vouchers, and Post-dated Cheques, day book, Ledger posted, Debtors, Creditors & handling Petty Cash Monthly basis Accounts analysis by bank Accounts and preparing Monthly Bank Reconciliation Statement Analyzes the project based costing, planning, budgeting, forecasting and scheduling Liaison with bank for guarantees and performance bond. Issuance of LPO and follow up with the supplier for the delivery of material on time.

 Preparing end-of-month accounts, including: balance sheet and bank reconciliations, maintenance of fixed- asset ledgers, cash flow statements and analysis of profit & loss statements. Assisting with annual audit processes, including gathering supporting audit evidence and responding to auditor queries. Payment to suppliers on monthly basis by reviewing the bank position of the company. Sourcing the most affordable materials for the company’s manufacturing process.
