Summary: Our research team is working on developing cheap and durable Nickel-based catalysts for the reaction between Carbon Dioxide and Methane (Syngas) to produce Hydrogen and Carbon Monoxide. We are studying ways of combining the Nickel catalyst with supports made of Aluminium Oxide, Magnesium Oxide and Calcium Oxide.• Preparation of catalysts and supports.• Characterization of spent catalysts.• Measuring coke formation.• Process simulation on AspenPlus.
