• Sales Support and Governance for Cards product ensuring revenue growth on a monthly/yearly basis.• Perform expert MI and Analytics functions by forecasting business, setting up targets and analyzing business performance. • Check Pre-screening of new customer in Al-Etihad Credit Bureau (AECB) to avoid any Risk, Sanctions, Fraudulent activity. • Review new Customer relationship, KYC Client On boarding /CDD/EDD/PEP’s in CMR. • Work closely with other stakeholders including Credit, Business Development, Marketing, Finance and performance management to improve overall Service & E2E TAT. • Incorporate and maintain Controls and Governance policies and procedures by identifying objectives, reviewing policies, and establishing controls to avoid/reduce risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. • Work with Credit Initiation Unit in amending credit policies and ensuring seamless implementations. • Manage all Audit cycles and ensure satisfactory ratings. • Implement and maintain controls to identify and prevent fraudulent activities in order to mitigate any financial, reputations and regulatory risks. • Engage in and manage all system related functions including introduction of new systems, UAT, launching in production etc. • Support recruitment functions for hiring process. • Identify and highlight current process gaps and engage stakeholders to bring process efficiencies. • Responsible for activities related to Target Market List including company inductions, penetration reports, upgrade and downgrade of companies, listing and delisting process etc. • Represent Business in all Projects and ensure timely closure of assigned tasks.
