1. Managed to reduce machine breakdown time and increase the production by carried out scheduling predictive and preventive maintenance. 2. Managed to create Product Sorter Machine from scratch. Started with design wiring panel layout to wiring electrical components and finish with download program to Programmable Logic Controller (PLC).3. Worked closely with senior members to reduce cost of spare part by modifying the hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical part of the production machines.4. Managed to reduce cost of spare part by repairing the electrical motors, hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders and vacuum pump.5. 1. Supervised 89 manpower and completes operation by developing schedules, assigning and monitoring work quality and process. 2. Managed to reduced 10% inventory cost at Jurong Point Project and reduced the manpower overtime cost by develop well packed rotating shift schedule and assigned manpower from different project. 3. Managed to successfully provide an excellent service to the clients (Jurong Point Project) during the challenging period of Covid-19 pandemic as the company shortage of manpower.4. Worked closely with the project executive to handle clients request and needs for work efficiency and work safety.

1. Worked with Telecommunications Engineer from utilizing the RF Drive test tools to collect and analyze WiMax, 3G and 4G networks to improve and optimise wireless network quality.2. Managed to develop company’s website using Cpanel.
