• As part of the Supply Chain Finance team worked extensively with institutional clients to help them unlock commercial potential in the value chains by developing working capital finance solutions for their dealers and suppliers.• Collaborated with McKinsey & Co. on developing alternative credit scoring models for the Small and Medium Enterprise segment in Pakistan.• Managed and developed all components of the SME Advisory Services suite in collaboration with International Finance Corporation (part of the World Bank group).• Conceived, planned and executed a first of its kind initiative involving a partnership between a bank and a major telecom industry player, engaging more than 100,000 farmers and rural business owners in Pakistan.• Assisted the State Bank of Pakistan (regulator) in developing the SME Advisory initiative in other banks, by conducting seminars, workshops and trainings to help the industry adopt the initiative

• Part of the launch and management team of the Premier banking proposition at BankAlfalah.• Spearheaded the migration process of existing clients of Bank Alfalah to the recently launched Premier Banking platform.• The process resulted in the upgrade of a portfolio with a size of PKR 2.4Bn and more than three hundred relationships.• Involved with the marketing, strategic and operational aspects of the proposition.• Developed new systems and procedures to enhance overall process efficiency in the newly setup Premier banking proposition.• Developed segment specific analytics to enhance reliance on objective data for strategic decision making.
